West Ham will host Arsenal, Bournemouth will play against Liverpool, and Everton will welcome Sean Dyche's former club Burnley in three more all-Premier League matchups.
Fulham will visit Championship side Ipswich, while Chelsea will host Blackburn.
The quarter-finals will feature at least two English Football League (EFL) teams, with Mansfield hosting Port Vale and Exeter facing off against Middlesbrough.
The fourth-round fixtures are scheduled to take place in the week beginning October 30th.
