Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Frank Mba, has retired from the Nigeria Police Force after 34 years of service.
Mba served as the Deputy Inspector-General in charge of Training and Development at the Force Headquarters before his retirement from the Nigeria Police Force after 34 years of service.
His exit comes amid recent changes in the police leadership that saw the retirement of former Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, and the appointment of Olatunji Rilwan Disu as the new Inspector-General of Police.

Meanwhile, the Police Service Commission (PSC) has invited seven Assistant Inspectors-General of Police (AIGs) for promotion interviews for possible elevation to the rank of Deputy Inspector-General (DIG).
The promotion exercise is aimed at filling vacant positions in the Force Management Team that will work with the new police chief.
The officers shortlisted for the interview include Margareth Ochalla, Kenechukwu Onwuemelie, Ishiaku Mohammed, Zacharia Fera Achinyan, Zango Ibrahim Baba, Mohammed Abdul Sulaiman and Umar Shehu Nadada.
They are expected to appear before the commission for screening.
During his career, Mba held several strategic positions within the force, including serving as Force Public Relations Officer and spokesman of the Lagos State Police Command.
