Friday, a caller has blamed Ronaldo for the poor season that Manchester United is currently experiencing.

He made this argument while speaking to Sarafina Napoleon on the show Football Frenzy.

According to him, United have a problem because the team is set up to ensure that Ronaldo scores. This means that the young players are unable to play the way they know best.

He further stated that United’s coach Ole Gunner Solskjaer has been unfairly blamed for the club’s current woes despite having performed well for Manchester United in the past three seasons especially against Manchester City.

“What went wrong this season? Since the beginning of the season, man united hasn’t been able to defeat the team that finished in the top six last season.

"Is that ole’s problem? Man U that finished second last season,” he said.

Recall that Manchester United suffered a fourth defeat in six Premier League games after a two-nil loss to neighbours Manchester City on Saturday.
